"I would save your money and save yourself a lot of headache, and stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. Rick is the worst agent I’ve ever had in my 31 years of having car insurance. There’s no communication from this office except crappy short sentence text messages from time to time that they don’t even respond to you when you reply. No email communication hardly unless it’s a bill. When they signed me up for my policy, they failed to communicate that they were giving me a discount via the drive safe and safe program in which they never sent me a device for. I was paying $167 a month and somebody with no tickets and no accidents in their history ever that still a pretty steep amount. I signed up for auto to make it easier on myself to not have to do their job for them and keep track of my policy. I signed myself up for auto pay, which is supposed to give me a discount. They decided to take an extra $80 out of my account when they canceled my drive safe because I never activated the device that they never sent me. Never knew I needed to activate a device because I never got one nor I ever told that I was signed up for this program. They are refusing to refund me and of course, refusing to take any responsibility for their actions. State Farm is once again and always nothing but a bunch of crooks who just want your money and won’t actually help you in case something does happen to your car."
